People formed with those who

and gunmen, animalistic, wild beasts.
People formed by plucked souls,
contempt of the conquerors.
Mystical legends, the backlands of never.
Cries of freedom on the water of rivers,
from all sources,
Amazonas endless.
A people formed by the confluence 

of History, meeting in clashes
under the protection of heaven that protects us.
Is black, is Indian, forehead cabocla,
cafuza skin, old copper.
Strong, stubborn as nature
stubborn, irrepressible the rough.

The caboclo triumphs raising wreaths palms
Celebrating Life in twine and the songs,
forgotten stories, the flowering of race,
sagas in wastelands
by greed, pride decadent.
Blaze the noble character,
skin color of dark gold,
looks from Africa and the West Indies.
strong features, hair in the wind. Honor.
